Our Story
Ashtech Properties was incorporated in November 2011 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our core business at the time was real estate marketing of international properties in collaboration with OZ Property Group Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), subsidiary of KING Property Group (Australia).
From 2011 to 2015, we were involved in the marketing and sales of residential properties in Australia, Malaysia and United Kingdom.
From late 2013 onward, we also started providing property rental and property management services to our clients in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
In 2018, we reformed our core business. We shifted our focus from being a real estate agency to becoming a global digital agency to real estate markets.
We now provide strategic digital marketing and affordable online advertising services to Realtors®, real estate agents and brokers to help them maximize getting leads and sales every month.
Our agent clients are mostly based in Malaysia and Singapore, but we are open to offering our services remotely worldwide.
Although we are continuing to grow our digital agency for real estate, our team of real estate agents and property managers are still active in selling, renting out and managing properties in Kuala Lumpur.
